Wrapping up
Hi everyone,
Just a quick reminder for some of you to finish up the course before the online exam November 26th. You will need to have passed the exam to enter the next on campus course! Finishing up requires going over the case studies of the last two weeks. As stated before, there is no right or wrong; we try to train you in identifying what you think are key issues for each individual intervention, how to address that issue and communicate transparently about it using the QOC tool and development outlines. Some of you have inquired about the exam content. The exam is made up of 11 multiple choice questions, two QOC exercises (similar to week 3 exercises) and 2 open questions. The exam does not require additional preparations (apart from finishing the course). Below is a reminder about the practical issues of the exam. Good luck finishing the course!

Online exam reminder
The online exam will be supervised by the official proctor TestReach who will supervise each participant individually and remotely via webcam while you are taking the exam. To make sure that everything is in working order, you will need to download and test the TestReach program well in advance. Please also book a time slot for the exam.
Supervision is pretty formal. You will have to show your ID, the room and your table at the beginning of the exam with your webcam. TeachReach does not allow notes to be present during the exam. A blank piece of paper and pencil are allowed, but is not required. You should be fine doing the exam using only your computer or laptop.
You will have to login to the TestReach program and reserve a slot for yourself. Please double check your time zones to make sure you don’t miss the exam! TestReach will contact you directly with further details, so please follow their instructions for testing and taking the exam. If you have not received an email from TestReach with your login details by the end of this week (and the email has not ended up in your spam folder), please contact us.
The exam should easily be finished within an hour. All passing course participants will be awarded a certificate which you will receive by email and by post in the weeks after the exam. For those who would like to receive their certificate also by post, please email us your postal address or update your profile.
