Eliglustat (Cerdelga) – give your opinion

Based on the fixed-dose regimen proposed by Genzyme in their dossier for market approval, a subgroup of patients with GD1—namely, ultra-rapid metabolizers and patients whose CYP2D6 metabolizer status has not been determined—will not have access to eliglustat. What do you think of Genzyme’s dosing strategy from a patient access point of view?
