Change of indication for RB3285

RB3285 is currently indicated for acute pain; therefore, relatively short toxicology studies are sufficient to investigate RB3285 in clinical trials for this indication. However, if the company were to consider RB3285 for chronic pain, longer-duration toxicology studies would need to be performed.
