A new dose for eliglustat (Cerdelga) – evidence

Eliglustat (Cerdelga®) was developed by the biotech company Genzyme for the long-term treatment of adults with type-1 Gaucher disease (GD1). Remarkably, Genzyme was able to obtain market approval for a dose regimen that fundamentally differed from the regimen used in late-stage clinical trials.
