Assignment

As we learned from the previous topic, PER.C6 cells were originally developed by Introgene in collaboration with the Leiden University for producing gene therapy vectors based on adenovirus serotype 5 (Ad5). The results were published in the scientific journal Human Gene Therapy in 1998.
