Building a license agreement – assignment 5

This is the last part of our exercises for turning the short Cooperative Letter of Agreement of 1980 into a more complete license agreement without adding or omitting anything. In the previous three topics you added clauses to the sections “5 Term & Termination”, “6 Compensation” and “8 Obligations”. In this assignment, we’ll complete chapter 7 Other Clauses of our license agreement by adding terms related to a research license and resolving disputes.
