In the previous exercises, we used the License Agreement Builder to draft a license agreement between the University of Leuven and Genentech, accurately reflecting the agreed-upon points in their original Cooperative Letter of Agreement, and we included certain clauses that are now typical of exclusive licenses involving an academic partner.
