The Ablynx vs. Unilever dispute, part 10: Understanding the science behind the dispute

Earlier this week, in topic nr. 29, you were already made aware of the article by Sarker et al. entitled “Anti-rotavirus protein reduces stool output in infants with diarrhea: a randomized placebo-controlled trial”, published in Gastroenterology in 2013, in which the authors report the results of the clinical trials that Unilever conducted in Bangladesh and India. That article made Ablynx aware of possible violations of Unilever's exclusivity undertakings.
