The US national route

As you learned from previous topics, Galapagos first submitted a provisional patent application in the US for the compound Filgotinib on June 26, 2009. Then, on June 25, 2010 Galapagos  submitted applications for the national route in the US and Canada, as well as an international application via the PCT route. In this topic, we take a closer look at a few of the interesting findings in the US national route.
